Mark your calendars for September 17, 2024! When you fill up your tank at Dawson Co-op Gas Bar, you're not just fueling your vehicle—you’re fueling good in our community. On this day, Dawson Co-op will donate ten cents per litre of fuel purchased to the South Peace Community Resources Society. All grades of gasoline and diesel fuel are eligible.

Your contribution makes a difference right here at home, supporting vital community services like schools, hospitals, food banks, and more.

About South Peace Community Resources Society

Established in 1974, South Peace Community Resources Society is a non-profit, multi-service, community-based, social service agency. Their team of 100+ staff and volunteers provide services at 13 locations in Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge and Fort St. John.

At SPCRS, they believe that all people are valued and deserve opportunities to develop to the fullest extent of their potential. Each year thousands of people walk through their doors looking for help in one of our 26 programs. They assist people of all ages, abilities and cultural backgrounds through a range of services that are personalized and responsive to individual needs.

In 2023, Co-op members and customers across Western Canada raised over $645,000 for 168 local organizations and causes in just one day! Since the launch of Fuel Good Day in 2017, more than $4.31 million has been donated to over 870 organizations.
